Happy 4th Anniversary… + a reflection

Happy February! It’s the 2/2 portal – an auspicious time for manifesting + making big shifts + then we have the Full Moon on Sunday, 2/5!

We’re at the midpoint of Winter Solstice + the Spring Equinox. Can you feel something birthing in your core? What are you manifesting + creating? This doesn’t have to be a new career, home or relationship …or maybe it is. It may be a renewed faith …. that may have been lost with grief, a loss of a loved one, loss of a career, a relationship, the pandemic these past few years. Much has changed. Perhaps it’s time to move forward in a new way with your heart open, with faith, hope + joy for a New Earth + new beginnings. If this does not resonate, it may not be for you. Honor(ing) your soul’s journey here.

Take time to set your intentions now + you may want to contemplate what you’re consciously leaving behind when you start this new chapter. Sit with it. How will you move forward?

Allow this process to just flow…. rather than the old paradigm of forcing the actions + pushing through. Be gentle on you. If it doesn’t feel right now, your soul will know … when. Everything happens in Divine time + order. Know that the Universe will give you a nudge. Sometimes it’s a trip, a fall or some sort of illness or accident. I’m not trying to scare you, just sharing from my own experience. If you + your soul knows something is for you, you’ll want to move forward + take action with it at some point.

It’s Sweetfern’s 4th anniversary! What a journey it has been. Nearly a decade ago the seeds were germinating for my own healing space. Then five years ago the departure from my corporate career opened the gates to transformation… to allowing me to step further in my power + into sharing my gifts. A soul’s calling.

Once I stepped forward, made the commitment + set intentions, spirit delivered … the guidance to find the location, to co-create Sweetfern + the Himalayan Salt Room – it all just flowed nearly effortlessly.

While I had prior energy attunements. I experienced Kundalini awakening just as I was about to host the grand opening… the center + salt room continue to receive the upgrades energetically as my energy shifts. The energy of the space is nurtured. I’ll always remember the excitement at the grand celebration + all those who showed up for it! I’m deeply grateful. I never imagined back then the transformations that would occur + the subsequent blessings that would occur by stepping into this work + allowing spirit to guide.

So much of my own work to deprogram, unfurl the old patterns + ancestral healing has come in waves over the years. As I shift + experience the healing, I’ve been able to incorporate + share in session.

In healing sessions + in the Himalayan salt room many experience their third eye opening, see or receive messages from loved ones who’ve passed, manifest change, experience soul awakening, many feel lighter like a heavy weight has lifted, + energized.

The gong sound healings have a way of bringing the bodies back into balance… many relax, restore, physically + emotionally heal + fall asleep during these sessions! Transformative Growth + Healing sessions are also offered in person + in remote sessions. As well as the popular Astrology Circles with Nicole Holbrook.

The mission is to support you in healing, transformative growth during life change. Profound healing occurs. Big shifts occur. Life change manifests. Each experience is different.

If you want to connect in community, raise your frequency, the collective vibration, manifest this next chapter, or if you’re healing physically from surgery, an injury or emotionally – I would love for you to come join me for a Gong Sound Healing.

Beaming out loving vibes + holding compassion for where you may be today. I am honored + deeply grateful. Keep the faith.

💜
In the darkest of days, there is darkness.
In the darkest of days, there is neglect.
In the darkest of days, there is sadness + loneliness.
In the darkest of days, there is sorrow + grief.
In the darkest of days, there is anger.
In the darkest of days, it’s hard to find + see the light but it’s right there…it’s always there.
💜
In the darkest of days, there is blame + shame.
In the darkest of days, there is resentment + regret.
In the darkest of days, there is pain, fear + hopelessness.
In the darkest of days, it’s hard to find + see the light but it’s right there…it’s always there.
💜
It may be hard to see… but the light is there. Be open to the possibility of seeing the light… and imagine a heart beaming full of L❤️VE + light again.
💜
I share these words from my own wounds – tragedy + trauma – of the deaths of my parents in 2002 …. and my subsequent journey to healing.
💜
At the low point, life is beyond challenging. In my own experience, when life became so difficult, it was time to pivot. And today, in this awareness, when things stop flowing + I feel the resistance, I pivot. Sometimes this requires a few trips + slips!
💜
Meditation, mindfulness practices + the experience of energy healing sessions “cracked” me open + allowed me to see + be the light again.. starting my journey to healing… and eventually discovering my mission to help others and dream again. It is why I do this work at Sweetfern today.
💜
If you are in this place of darkness today, trust + believe better days are coming….on your own timeline.
💜
If you are curious about my journey, or about energy work, please, please reach out. It is the Sweetfern mission to support others onto the path to healing + growth.
💜
Beaming love to you today. Keep the faith. May you find peace in knowing that better days are on the way.

A group of three friends invited a fourth to come along …. “you just have to come + experience it for yourself”.

It’s true! I may write a book one day of the soul connections + experiences in the sacred space of the Center + the Himalayan Salt Room. 😊

It’s different for everyone… many experience a profound shift, some subtle that lingers into the coming days, a magickal experience, releasing energy + manifesting change, + often feel “grounded”, “relaxed”, “energized”, + appear “lighter” after a session…. Feel less pain where they had discomfort before. “Sleep better, as in getting into deeper REM sleep according to my Fitbit, consistently around Salt Room visits.” “Breathe better.” Senses (smell + taste) return. Receive visits from loved ones who passed. 🥰 Everyone gets what is meant for them. I am often asked “can I spend the night.”

It was suggested by a client back around the time Sweetfern opened in 2019 that I should take ‘before + after’ photos … because of the energetic shifts that occurs in a session. Everyone has a lightness about them after their session.

I am your “earthly Spirit guide” …. with the mission to ‘support you in healing, personal growth + during life changes.’

If you haven’t experienced the Center + Salt Room or you are in transition + in search of an energy shift, please text 207-805-3885 or email sweetferncenterforwellbeing@gmail.com if you’d like to learn more or book an appointment. Check the link to Sweetfern Services in the bio.

Beaming out love + light,

One Year Anniversary!

It’s hard to imagine that Sweetfern Center for Wellbeing is celebrating it’s ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY already! The year passed so quickly…. and I learned so much about small business, about myself, and about you! And I am so grateful for that. It took a few months after opening the Center for me to realize that the connections that are made at the Center are not by accident, or coincidence. We all seem to have a connection beyond our initial interaction at the Center… the oneness and synchronicity is real. Such a beautiful thing knowing that we are Divinely guided together often for a particular reason. I am also grateful to my sideline supporters, family and friends, providing encouragement to me during this time.

2020 is proving to be another year of growth at the Center. I am excited about the possibilities. I am thrilled about collaborations with new workshops and at the moment I am working with massage therapist energy workers, Nathalie Lawrence-Taylor and Katie Mae Remick, to bring their services to the Center. 60- and 90- minute Massage and Energy Work sessions tailored to your own specific needs. We are just finalizing bios and service offerings now!

To celebrate Sweetfern’s Anniversary, there are great specials being offered on Himalayan Salt Room therapy. These specials will run through the end of March as well.

The Salt Room: What to expect…

A feel good experience… ALWAYS! A place to relax + restore alone or with others. A sweet escape from it ALL! An intimate and therapeutic space to relax + restore with friends, family… or on your own.

Himalayan salt has 84 trace elements + minerals; the salt is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-microbial; it is a naturally detoxifying experience. Relaxing music plays during the session. You may bring a book, but will most likely relax into a meditative state during.

Seating depends on number of people – up to 9 may sit in comfortable scoop chairs; up to 4 may lay down on cushions in a relaxing restorative position on the floor in the Himalayan salt. Individuals and couples may choose these options or a zero gravity recliner.

Bolsters and blankets are provided for comfort. Sessions do not begin until you are completely comfortable. The room is climate controlled; the air is dry, not steam. Comfortable clothing recommended. Shoes are removed to experience the space.

It was Nurse’s Day at the Center…

It was Nurse’s Day at the Center today! It was not planned that way… not one or two but nine nurses came in today for salt therapy and self-care.

Our healthcare practitioners/healers all need support too! I am grateful for them and what they do every day. They all were so happy to be supported and to spend time at the Center. We all need to continuously practice self-care in order to nurture and provide ongoing support to others. Have you refilled your cup today?

Sound healing

If you’re unfamiliar with sound healing, sound – tone or vibration – includes the drum, gong, didgeridoo, singing bowls and other instruments including voice, all ancient healing modalities. Sound accelerates healing, boosts learning and improves neurological and social interaction. Sound can lower heart rate and blood pressure. Research is in its infancy and ongoing on how sound healing is improving depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s and dementia, speech and movement.

In “The Healing Power of Sound,” the author, Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, a former Director of Oncology in New York, talks about how sound can change our immune function; it affects us on literally a cellular and sub-cellular level. In Dr. Gaynor’s practice, he used sound healing with his patients and saw transformative results, having “miraculous turnarounds in their lives.”

Given the incredible healing with sound, we will continue to host sound healing events at the Center. The Gong Sound Healing with Jenn Mercier of Mahan Yoga sold out in July and September. We are aware that several were interested and were not able to make it. It was an amazing experience and we are happy to share that Jenn will be back again with her beautiful gong. We look forward to Joseph B. Carringer, Didgeridoo Sound Therapist, returning to the Center for powerful Didgeridoo sessions. Book one of these events now.

Sweetfern….Sweet Six Months

Thank you everyone! Six months already! Wow. I have learned so much – about my clients, about building a small business, about collaboration, and so much more. I continue to learn and grow. The mission is in the forefront of my mind, “Supporting people in healing, in personal growth and during life changes.” While the focus is on the importance of self-care, healing and the mind+body+spirit connection, a wonderful consequence has been the sense of community that is felt. I am humbled by the healing that is taking place.

I AM GRATEFUL to each of you who have come in to Relax + Restore for energy healing, for the therapeutic Himalayan Salt Room, aromatherapy, retreats and healing events and to those who have come in to say hello. I AM GRATEFUL to all the practitioner healers and small business owners who have come onto my path. I continue to be amazed by the threads that intricately connect all of us. I AM GRATEFUL to my family and friends for their support.

As I contemplate growth of the Center, I look forward to hosting larger groups. I am excited, enthusiastic and inspired as I consider additional space – for future events – workshops, retreats, collaborations, and more. Thank you again to each and every one of you. I welcome any feedback you have.

Tammy Miller Traniello on the Core Nourishment podcast with Annie Wagoner

When Tammy Miller Traniello, Owner and Founder of Sweetfern Center for Wellbeing LLC accepted the invitation from Annie Wagoner of Core Nourishment as guest on the Core Nourishment podcast to share her story behind her work, and her life purpose, she was honored by the request from Annie, a true inspiration and beacon of light in this world… and she also knew it was time. Tammy knew sharing her story could potentially help others who have experienced trauma and tragedy that is keeping them from living their best life. It was energy healing, and an alternative – mind, body and spiritual – approach that supported Tammy in healing her trauma. On the other side of her healing journey, Tammy knew she needed to help support others in healing, in their own personal growth and through life changes – thus her mission at Sweetfern Center for Wellbeing LLC. It is Tammy’s wish that someone out there listening to the podcast hears her story and finds a glimmer of light and hope to start them on their healing journey. Listen to the podcast.

Many come in to relax + restore

Recently, we have received several inquiries about the beautiful, therapeutic Himalayan Salt Room at Sweetfern Center for Wellbeing LLC. Here is what we can share based on the results since opening.

Many people coming in to relax, seeking inner calm, enhancing a traditional medical routine with holistic/alternative salt therapy treatments. Mom’s with their daughters, Mom’s with their sons – babies, teens & adults, grandparents and grandbabies, friends, couples and individuals.

All are feeling the positive effects of the salt therapy – more relaxed, energized and experiencing reduced symptoms for a broad spectrum of health issues …. including support before/after surgery.

Depending on seating, we can seat up to eight in this intimate salt room – with Himalayan salt on the walls and floor. Seating may include a zero-gravity recliner, scoop chair, meditation cushions; however, many visitors to the salt room choose to sit or lay directly in the therapeutic salt. Blankets are also available.
