The robins returned here yesterday … a sign of Spring, new beginnings… a rebirth. Are you ready for it? I am! 😊especially after the ancestral healing journey that came up for me recently… I feel like something grand must be on the horizon, I’m excited about the limitless possibilities + I’m happy to share with you.

If you’re feeling fear, anxiety or panic with what’s happening in Ukraine + around the world… feeling dis-ease in your body… holding emotions in as you go about your busyness… I remember this very well from my own past. You may be desiring change in your life, a new career … or perhaps you’re hiding a part of your identity that needs to be exposed… have you had a longing to create, art, write or maybe you know that you’re a healer, or something else… a longing, a dream, a desire for something that’s been alive in you for a while, but you’re hiding it + storing it away for fear you may not be seen or supported …. maybe you don’t feel good enough. Well it is Divine time for you to start peeling back those layers of you that just need to go + start on that journey back to you + who you came into this world to be.
